Health Care Torts - Winter 2001 - Class Rules
Archives of Exams - The best way to start studying is to spend a little time looking at previous health care torts exams. This exam will follow the same format, although the exam will not be directly comparable because the cases change each year.
There is no text book for this class. Most of the readings will be cases and case study guides. Students are expected to complete all readings before each class.
Note - the links at the top of cases and guides are links into other parts of my WWW site. You may follow those for more information, but we will only cover the main cases posted on this site.
