You are expected to check the WWW page before each class for announcements.  Past exams will be posted as samples.  This exam may include multiple choice questions.  The exam will be closed book, in-class.  You will need to know the names and details of the cases.  Most of the exam questions will be derived from the study guides to the cases and any presentation outlines posted to the WWW site.  You are expected to be prepared to discuss the cases in class.  If you are chronically unprepared, your final grade will be lowered by 1/2 to 1 letter.  If you violate the UMKC School of Law attendance policy, you will be subject to dismissal from the class without credit.
