Understanding Administrative Law - Complete
All textbook references are to Asimow, Bonfield and Levin's: State and Federal Administrative Law, 2nd ed. by Michael R. Asimow and Arthur E. Bonfield, 1998. Students are expected to complete all readings before each class.
In general, we will try to cover about 30 pages a day. If there is no specific assignment posted, read the next 30 pages.
