Adequate Notice and Hearing
A medical care entity is deemed to have met the adequate notice and hearing requirement of the Act with respect to a physician if the following conditions are met (or are waived voluntarily by the physician). A professional review body’s failure to meet the conditions for notice and hearing described in the Act shall not, in itself, constitute failure to meet the standards of the Act. (sec. 11112)
