The Saint Louis University School of Law Center for Health Law Studies maintains a web-based bank of health law syllabi and other teaching materials.  Resources are organized by the following categories: Health Care Law, Bioethics, Financing, Liability (Quality and Malpractice), Specialized Course Offerings and Seminars, and Courses for Non-lawyers.
