TITLE: DoD Directive 5105.68, "Pentagon Force Protection Agency," 05/03/2002

SUMMARY:  This Directive:  1.  Establishes the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Defense by Title 10, United States Code, with the mission, responsibilities, functions, relationships, and authorities, as prescribed herein; and it cancels DoD Directive 5210.46, "DoD Building Security for the National Capital Region."  2.  Authorizes future consolidation, within the PFPA, of activities related to force protection, security, and law enforcement in the National Capital Region (NCR) under the cognizance of the Director of Administration and Management (DA&M).
