TITLE:  DoD Instruction 3300.2, "Combined Intelligence Publishing Service (CIPS)", 02/07/1994

SUMMARY: This Instruction establishes the CIPS within the Department of Defense to assure that intelligence printing, publishing, and dissemination is accomplished effectively and efficiently in a manner conducive to national security and consistent with the authorities and duties of the Secretary of Defense under Title 10, United States Code and with DoD Directive 5137.1, February 12, 1992 and DoD Directive 5330.3, January 7, 1993. Also, designates the Director, CIPS, as the DoD Executive Agent for IPPD.
