TITLE:  DoD 3210.6-R, "Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations," 04/13/1998

SUMMARY: These regulations are issued under the authority of DoD Directive 3210.6, "Defense Grant and Agreement Regulatory System," February 27, 1995. They contain Department-wide policies and procedures for the award and administration of DoD grants and agreements.

NOTE2: These regulations provide uniform policies and procedures for the award and administration of DoD grants and other assistance instruments. However, they DO NOT provide information about specific programs that might use those types of instruments or how one may apply for support from any such program. Some information about DoD programs that use assistance instruments may be obtained from the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance published by the General Service Administration. Additional information would have to be provided by the DoD offices that are responsible for conducting the programs. If the information in the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance is not sufficient to identify those program offices, a good first point of contact is the DoD Public Affairs Office (phone 703-697-5737, or e-mail through the DefenseLink comment web site at http://www.defenselink.mil/faq/comment.html).
