TITLE:  DoD Directive 3100.4, "Harmonization of Qualitative Requirements for Defense Equipment of the United States and Its Allies", 09/27/1963

SUMMARY: It is the purpose of this Directive to specify Defense Department policy for harmonizing to the greatest practical degree U.S. national qualitative requirements for defense equipment with those of Allies, and to assign responsibilities for its implementation. It complements DoD Directive 3100.3, September 27, 1963.
