TITLE:  DoD Instruction 2110.32, "Foreign Military Sales Between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany", 03/25/1980

SUMMARY:  This Instruction reissues DoD Instruction 2110.32, November 7, 1962 and supplements DoD Directive 5132.3, December 20, 1972; Military Procurement Agreement Between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany, October 8, 1956; and DoD Instruction 2110.29; and prescribes uniform procedures for accounting and preparing requests for monthly advances of funds for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases from the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG). Report Control Symbol DD-ISA(M) 476 is hereby superseded and canceled.
