Administrative Law - Winter 2001

Professor Richards

The textbook is: Asimow, Bonfield and Levin's: State and Federal Administrative Law, 2nd ed.  Assignments and other materials will be posted at:

http://plague.law.umkc.edu/Courses/adlaww01/index.htm

You are expected to check the WWW page before each class for announcements and supplementary materials, if any.  Past exams will be posted as samples.  This exam may include multiple choice questions.  The exam will be closed book, in-class.  You will need to know the names and details of the cases.  Most of the exam questions will be derived from the study questions that will be posted to the WWW site.  You are expected to be prepared to discuss the assigned readings in class.  If you are chronically unprepared, your final grade will be lowered by 1/2 to 1 letter.  If you violate the UMKC School of Law attendance policy, you will be subject to dismissal from the class without credit.

I prefer to resolve questions through email.  I should be available most Tuesdays and Thursdays from about 8 AM to 10AM and directly after class.  If you really need to see me, try to set up an appointment with email first.
