Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act
§999.25. Additional ground or cause
Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the provisions of this Part
shall provide an additional ground or cause of action for suspension or
revocation of a license or permit issued by an issuing agency and shall be in
addition to any other sanction or penalty which such agency is specifically
authorized to impose.
