Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act
§993. Definitions; rules
A. The definitions for terms as provided by R.S. 49:951 shall apply to such
terms used in this Chapter.
B. The division may promulgate rules according to the Administrative
Procedure Act to insure compliance with the provisions of this
Chapter.
