Update the policies and procedures of ("Federal Employees' Compensation Act " September 7,1916, as amended (Title 5, United Sates Code, 8101 et seq. ) which prescribes benefits to civilian employees of the Federal Government for disabilities caused by personal injury or disease arising out of or within the scope of employment.
