SUMMARY: This Instruction reissues reference Administrative Instruction No. 31, "Equal Employment Opportunity, " September 26, 1978 (hereby canceled), reference Administrative Instruction No. 18, "Federal Women's Program, " April 9, 1979 (hereby canceled), and Federal Opportunity (EEO) Program, Affirmative Employment Program (AEP), and Federal Equal Opportunity Recruitment Program (FEORP). Establishes the Affirmative Employment Work Group and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) EEO Awards Program.
