SUMMARY: This Directive reissues DoD Directive 5105.33, November 17, 1981 (hereby canceled) to update and clarify the responsibilities and functions of the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI). It sets forth the organizational relationships and establishes the management and administrative procedures for AFRRI, in accordance with DoD Directive 5105.31, March 18, 1987, and provides for the establishment of a Board of Governors.
