SUMMARY: Pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Defense by Section 113 of 10 U.S.C., this Directive reissues DoD Directive 5010.35 to:  1. Change the name of the Defense Resources Management Education Center to the Defense Resources Management Institute (DRMI).  2. Establish policy and update responsibilities for the DRMI.  3. Continue to authorize and update the composition of the Policy Guidance Council of the DRMI, consistent with DoD Directive 5105.18.  4. Update the appropriation source of the DRMI.  5. Designate the Secretary of the Navy as the DoD Executive Agent for the DRMI, consistent with DoD Directive 5100.88.
