SUMMARY: This Directive implements the applicable provisions of Presidential memorandum of November 5, 1971, within the Department of Defense. it establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for the development of military and civilian Intelligence Career Programs designed to assure the attainment of an improved DoD Intelligence product.
