SUMMARY:  This Directive reissues DoD Directive 1330.12, August 27, 1982 (hereby canceled), to update DoD procedures as they pertain to the United Service Organizations, Inc. Assign specific DoD responsibilities regarding the USO mission. Provide a revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the DoD and the USO.
