08/17/2001 SUMMARY: This Directive reissues DoD Directive 1325.4 of
September 28, 1999, to update policy and responsibilities for the administration and
operation of military correctional programs and facilities under Title 10, United States
Code. It deletes automatic classification of officers and cadets as Level III
