SUMMARY:   This Instruction implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures under DoD Directive 1300.19, for implementation of the DoD Joint Officer Management Program for active duty list officers. Implements Sections 155, 164, 611, 612, 617 - 619a, 628, 661 - 665, and 667 - 668 of Title 10, United States Code.
