responsibilities for implementing Titles 10 and 32, United States Code. 2. Provides
for administering the facilities and
unit stationing programs of the National Guard (the Army and the Air) and the Reserves
(the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, and the Marine Corps) (hereafter referred to
collectively as "the Reserve components"). 3. Continues a Joint Service
Reserve Component Facility Board (JSRCFB) in each of the 50 States, the District of
Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. possessions and territories.
4. Provides for placement of Reserve component units of the Military Services in
local communities.
