SUMMARY: This Directive reissued DoD Directive 1215.8, April 17, 1985 (hereby canceled), replaces DoD Directive 1215.10, "Standardized Rates of Subsistence Allowance and Commutation Instead of Uniforms for Members of the Senior reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC)," February 13, 1986 (hereby canceled); implements Title 10, United States Code; and updates policy, responsibilities, and procedures governing the Senior ROTC programs.
