SUMMARY: This Instruction implements policy and assigns responsibility for developing programs that promote employer and community support for the activities of the National Guard and Reserve established in DoD Directive 1250.1, "National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (NCESGR)," April 13, 1995.   This instruction does not establish any rights or rememdies and may not be relied on by any person, organization, or other entity in an administrative or judicial proceeding or any other form.
